A great candidate has:
- IT education or is are a skilled self-learner
- PHP development experience
- PHP Framework (Symfony, Laravel) experience
- CMS (Drupal/Wordpress) experience
- RDMS experience (MySQL)
- GIT experience
- Linux experience
